In 1947, the Bryant family began canning
jams and preserves in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Soon ourlittle cannery grew and started to prosper, and Bryant’s Preserving was born.

Over seven decades later, we’ve scaled to
leading retailers around the country, and we continue to make Southern pickled products with the same integrity and love we’ve always had.
